What to include
We do not offer phone support. In your message, include the tool page you used (for example NEET photo), your browser, and a short description of the issue. You do not need to attach your exam photo or signature unless we ask—processing normally stays on your device and we cannot recover files you never uploaded.
Exam acceptance
We cannot override or appeal rejections on NTA, UPSC, IBPS, or other portals. If a portal rejects a file, compare its live upload rules with the official notice and adjust your crop or source image.
