Does ExamPhoto upload my photo?

No, unless you use the optional 5-minute transfer link panel and click Create transfer link after a passing JPEG. Cropping and JPEG creation run in your browser.

What is the difference between an upload and a live photo?

Many NTA and SSC forms ask for a file plus a live capture in the browser. ExamPhoto prepares the file only. You still complete live capture on the official portal.

Why is my JPEG under the minimum KB?

Usually the crop is too empty or the source is blurry. Zoom in, use rotate if the scan is sideways, and increase brightness slightly for signatures.

Can I use a WhatsApp compressed image?

Often no — compression removes detail and may fail minimum size or look blurry. Start from the original camera file or a direct scan.

Will the exam portal accept my file?

We check pixels and KB only. Background, recency, face position and ink rules are judged by the exam authority. Always read the current notice.

How do transfer links work?

The prepared JPEG is stored for up to five minutes for a one-time download. See the privacy policy.
