IBPS signature quality tips
IBPS rejects capital-letter signatures and tiny ink marks. Crop so the handwriting fills the strip.
Ink and paper
Black pen on white paper, running handwriting (not all capitals). Sign once and crop close to the ink.
Crop and KB
The IBPS target is 140×60 px and 10–20 KB. If the file is under 10 KB, zoom the crop — the signature is too small in the frame.
Match the call letter
The uploaded signature should match what you can reproduce at the exam. Keep a copy of what you submitted.
