RRB live photo vs upload
Each CEN notice differs. Many cycles capture a live photo in the browser — this tool prepares a file only when an upload is listed.
Live capture
Recent RRB application flows often open the device camera during registration. That step is separate from preparing a JPEG on your phone gallery.
When to use the upload tool
If the CEN PDF lists a passport-style upload (commonly around 200×230 px and 20–50 KB), use the RRB photo resizer and verify on the portal.
