LIC AAO photo, 20–50 KB
LIC uses the IBPS-style upload format: a recent colour passport photo, 200×230 pixels preferred, JPG/JPEG between 20 and 50 KB. Use a light background with the face clearly visible.
The same photo is matched at the exam and at the interview, so keep a printed copy of the one you upload.
What usually goes wrong
Caps, dark glasses, a face covered by hair or a photo taken from a long distance are the usual rejections.
What this page checks
JPEG, 200×230 pixels, 20–50 KB. Confirm the current LIC AAO notification before you upload.
Official requirements and this tool
Requirements can change by exam, post and application cycle. Check the linked official notice for the form you are submitting. This tool checks the exported image dimensions and file size; it cannot guarantee acceptance by an application portal.
Official source: LIC careers and recruitment notices. Source page checked 1 November 2026.
Where a source gives centimetres instead of pixels, the tool uses a working conversion. Confirm the values on the upload screen before submitting.
How to prepare the file
- Check the current official instructions for your exam or application.
- Choose the correct image and adjust the crop so the document fills the guide.
- Make the JPEG, then check the downloaded file’s dimensions and file size before uploading it.
This tool can check the exported JPEG dimensions and byte size. It cannot confirm identity, image recency, face position, background rules, handwriting, or acceptance by the exam portal.
