Signature cleaner
Photograph your signature on white paper with your phone, even in average light. The cleaner removes shadows and grey paper, turns the background pure white and darkens the ink, then crops and compresses it to the size you set.
This changes only the paper and ink tones. It does not redraw or change your signature, so it still matches the one you sign at the exam centre.
What usually goes wrong
Grey paper, a shadow from your hand or phone, and faint ink are the most common reasons a signature looks unclear or gets rejected.
What this page checks
Starts at 400×160 pixels and 10–50 KB. Change the pixels and KB range to match your exam, or open your exam’s own signature tool, where the same Clean paper option is available.
How to prepare the file
- Check the current official instructions for your exam or application.
- Choose the correct image and adjust the crop so the document fills the guide.
- Make the JPEG, then check the downloaded file’s dimensions and file size before uploading it.
This tool can check the exported JPEG dimensions and byte size. It cannot confirm identity, image recency, face position, background rules, handwriting, or acceptance by the exam portal.
