Photo with name and date
Upload a photo, type your name and the date the photo was taken, and ExamPhoto prints them in a white strip at the bottom of the photo, the way many recruitment notices ask. Crop so your face sits above the strip, then download a JPEG in the KB range you need.
Only use this when your notice asks for the name and date on the photo. NTA exams such as NEET, JEE Main and CUET, and most bank exams, want a plain photo with nothing written on it.
What usually goes wrong
The usual mistakes are a strip that covers the chin, an old date, or a name that does not match the form. Use a recent photo and the exact name you entered in the application.
What this page checks
Starts at 413×531 pixels (3.5×4.5 cm) and 20–50 KB. You can change the pixels and KB range to match your notice. The name is printed in capital letters and the date as DD-MM-YYYY.
How to prepare the file
- Check the current official instructions for your exam or application.
- Choose the correct image and adjust the crop so the document fills the guide.
- Make the JPEG, then check the downloaded file’s dimensions and file size before uploading it.
This tool can check the exported JPEG dimensions and byte size. It cannot confirm identity, image recency, face position, background rules, handwriting, or acceptance by the exam portal.
